JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Server
The server is responsible for the service of all food and beverage items to the guests in a prompt, efficient and above all, friendly and courteous manner. He/She will maintain a high level of service, ensuring that all products served meet Boston’s specifications. The server will also assist in the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas.

Host/Hostess
The host/hostess is responsible for the greeting and seating of guests in a prompt, efficient and above all friendly and courteous manner. He/she will ensure the organization, traffic flow, and cleanliness of the dining room.

Service Assistant (Bus Person)
The service assistant is responsible for the cleaning and resetting of the tables in the dining room and assisting the server in attending to guests needs in a prompt, efficient and above all, friendly and courteous manner. He/she will help ensure that the restaurant is clean and organized at all times.

Bartender
The bartender is responsible for the production of quality, attractive and appealing drinks through adhering to Boston’s specifications. He/she must also maintain a high level of service while attending to guests' needs in a prompt and courteous manner. The bartender will be accountable for appropriate stock levels and the organization of the bar and lounge.

Lounge Server
The lounge server is responsible for the service of all beverages and food to the guests in a prompt, efficient and above all, friendly and courteous manner. He/she will maintain a high level of service, ensuring that all products served meet Boston’s specifications. The Lounge Server will assist in the cleanliness and organization of the lounge and service areas.

Delivery Driver
The delivery driver is responsible for the prompt, accurate delivery of Boston’s food products. He/she will ensure all items delivered meet Boston’s specifications. A professional, friendly image will be maintained by the delivery driver at all times.
